The hotel is tucked away inside an alleyway, making it a bit of a walk from the main road but manageable. The rooms are really nice and spacious, designed uniquely with lots of attention to every detail, and can be configured with separate twin beds for added comfort. The service was very kind and helpful, but the only available elevator was slow and often occupied. The location, although inside an alley, is fairly close to the main road and metro station, offering a free shuttle service for convenience. The dining options are simple and good, catering to both Asian and Western tastes, although with room for improvement. The facilities are satisfactory but could be enhanced further.
